Art on the Lawn Holiday Edition

Keep it Local Austin! Kick off your holiday shopping season!

November 29, 2020 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST

Keep it local Austin! Be sure to register so we can manage crowds and social distancing!

Art on the Lawn: Holiday Edition offers a safe and fun way to kick-off the holiday season while keeping it local. Enjoy free access to the Museum’s generous lawn filled with a dozen (12) craft artisans and fine artists as they share their works for purchase and gifting.  Holiday music performances by the acapella group Tinsel Singers will be offered throughout the event. Kids can enjoy making pomanders, and take home an orange & clove-filled gift, while mom and dad shop! Reduced Museum admission rounds out a fun afternoon.

Slated for Sunday, November 29th between 11 AM and 3 PM, access to the lawn is free and open to the public.  Reduced admission to the Museum for adults will be available on-site and children under 12 are always free. The Tinsel Singers are not your average group of Christmas carolers. Within Tinsel's roster of professional singers are Grammy®-winners and classically trained vocalists, entertaining audiences with style and distinction.  Check out tinselsingers.com for more.

Museum admission will be discounted for any visitors and visitors will be admitted at 15 minute intervals.

We look forward to celebrating local art and sharing some much needed visual inspiration with the Austin community!
