Signs and Symbols: The Trees Are Talking
Opening Reception

Saturday, January 21, 2023
4:30 PM – 7:00 PM CT

Registration Not Required

The Neill-Cochran House Museum is honored to present Signs and Symbols: The Trees are Talking. This one-woman show features the work of longtime Austin artist Rejina Thomas.

The exhibition will feature more than 40 works of glass and oil on canvas that explore Reji’s understanding of the way signs and symbols constantly surround us in both the natural and built environments. Reji’s creativity has a timelessness to it that blurs present and past, reminding us that we are all connected not only to one another but to those who came before us and those who will follow.

See the exhibition and meet the artist at the Opening Reception on Saturday, January 21st, from 4:30-7:00pm, at the Neill-Cochran House Museum. There will be drinks and cocktails, and free parking is available behind the Museum.
