Shop for Art While the Kids Learn Crafts

March 20, 2022 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Hope for Spring is a the Neill-Cochran House Museum’s annual juried exhibition of local artists on a theme. This year’s theme is Pollinating Texas, and highlights birds, bees, bats, and butterflies. Hope for Spring culminates in the Art on the Lawn, an art market on the NCHM lawn. (Learn more about Hope for Spring here.)

While the adults shops, kids can join Sunday Funday: Flower Seed Paper Making, a free outdoor craft activity led by the NCHM staff. Discover how to make seed paper using flower seeds. The Sunday Funday activity is available from 11:00AM-2:00PM.

Access to the lawn is free and open to the public.  Reduced admission to the Museum for adults will be available on-site and children under 12 are always free. Attendees are asked to wear a mask and practice safe social distancing indoors.

A portion of sales proceeds during Hope for Spring Art on the Lawn will benefit the Neill-Cochran House Museum. We look forward to celebrating local art and sharing the holiday spirit with our Austin community! Drop by anytime.
