Instructor Ginny Barrett teaches a free beginner-friendly hour of outdoor yoga on the Neill-Cochran House Museum front lawn. Please sign up in advance to let us know you are coming.

This event will take place on our front lawn (weather permitting) allowing all guests to breathe in the relaxing morning air. Bring your own mat. Please register in advance to let us know you are coming.

Ginny is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and has been a yoga practitioner for more than 12 years. Holding peace and power in equal measure, she facilitates Vinyasa classes to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
