George III Chippendale style mahogany dining Chair (one of six). Curved bow shape at top of frame from which 5 narrow slats joined in the middle form a splat. Front legs straight, slightly tapered. Back legs curve very slightly. Gifts of: Mrs. Edwin M. Jones, Mr & Mrs. Ike S. Kampmann, Sr., Mrs. William Moyse Ratliff, Mrs. Lewis DuPont 1960.
