Tea Kettle and Base, c. Late 19th Century

Silver-plate tea kettle and base. 18” kettle with stand and solid handle. Chased Moorish pattern across the middle of the kettle, which rests on the stand on foliate claws. The kettle has clawed feet and a stylized bird-head knob. Gift of Mrs. W. Foster Gillespie 1992.
